Soulful Resilience Journey

"My story doesn’t have a happy ending... but it’s a real one. And in that reality, I found my strength."

~ Viola Davis
Our Journey

Established in 2024

Soulful Resilience Journey is a healing space I created for survivors like me—those who are done suffering in silence. I offer trauma-informed coaching, support groups, live events, and storytelling platforms that empower grieving parents and trauma survivors to reclaim their truth, their voice, and their power.

Rooted in raw honesty and deep compassion, I exist to break generational cycles, hold space for the unspoken, and walk with you as you rise from the pain—one breath, one truth, one step at a time.

What Makes Us Unique

What makes me and Soulful Resilience Journey different is that I don’t show up as a professional who studied trauma from the outside—I show up as someone who lived it. I’ve survived what many won’t speak about, and I built this space not from theory, but from truth. I don’t offer performative healing or sugarcoated support. I hold space for the raw, the real, and the broken parts that still deserve love. I know what it’s like to grieve in silence, to survive without safety, and to rise anyway. That’s why everything I offer—whether it's a support group, a summit, or a single word—is grounded in lived experience, deep compassion, and the kind of honesty that can only come from the other side of pain.
